• At Miel, we aim to deliver your order safely and as quickly as possible.

 

Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 10-15 business days after confirmation. During launches, sales, or festive seasons, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery Time

• Domestic shipping: 5-7 business days

• International shipping: 7–14 business days 

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or message with tracking details.

• Free shipping across india. 

• International shipping charges will be applied as per your location.

Delays

• While we try our best to ensure timely delivery, unexpected delays due to weather, courier issues, or high order volume may occur.

Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Returns

• Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery if:

• The item is unused and in its original condition

• Tags and packaging are intact

• The product is not damaged by the customer

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number.

Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your preferred size or item is unavailable, u can choose another product of the same value or higher. 

• The product is to be shipped by the customer itself, and they have to bear the courier charges for return.
